Avocado
Avocado is a fruit bearing tree, some places its called pear, it is grown from seed in subtropical and tropical climates. Avocado has a various names, in the past it was called as alligator pear, midshipman's, vegetable butter or butter pear becuase of shape and green color. Avocado tree is a large tree. It grow up to 60 feet high, dark green leaves with 4 to 6 inches long and 2-3 inches wide. Avocado is a very nutritious fruits it contains vitamins A, B and E a highest energy value of all fruits.
Avocados must reach full maturity before they are picked, however, they do not soften on the tree. The tree can actually be used as a storage unit by keeping the fruit on the tree for many months after maturing. It can be harvested in a hard green but mature condition, cannot eat until it was ripen.

Avocado is considered the most complete food, it is rich in potasium and vitamin A. It is also used traditionaly to heal skin problem and the pulp is also believed to be both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. An antioxidant and can be used for skin disorders.
